Gabrielle Thompson, PI, CPP, Vice President of Threat Assessment at Gavin de Becker & Associates (GDBA), will present on How to Fire: Strategies for Managing Difficult Terminations. In this September’s Emergency Response Month presentation, Gabrielle will focus on the prevention of violence in the workplace setting (an employee at a residence, at an office, etc.). She will discuss how to conduct a termination meeting with an employee when there is an element of fear and concern that the employee might act out violently.
