We conduct an initial consultation with the client, walk the property, check all interior and exterior areas and physical systems, meet with staff and existing vendors, evaluate security and emergency procedures and then formulate a detailed Estate Recommendation & Management Plan.
Our recommendations may include staffing and vendor modifications, training and management, as well as weekly, monthly and seasonal maintenance schedules. In addition, we conduct frequent on site property visits to ensure proper care, cleaning and maintenance. We set goals and offer guidelines to allow your staff the ability to succeed, and meet your expectations with regard to properly caring for your property. After review with the client we implement the agreed upon plan and then manage the property.
